Devotion

Once, travelling for the Himalayas, I ran up with a great forest fire. They all were trying to fight desperate against the fire when I saw that a group of men was meditating as a tree was devoured by the flames. When I asked them what they were doing there looking, they indicated me towards the high thing, to a nest full of young birds. Over the tree, the mother was flying in circles, crazy, calling, scared, to her nestlings. There was nothing that she or we could do, so, to the moment, the flames rose up for the branches.
When the nest began to burn, we saw with stupor how the mother was reacting. It was thrown in punctured and settled in the nest, covering the birds with her wings. A moment later, the bird and her babies were reduced to ashes. None of us could believe what our eyes saw. I turned towards the onlookers and said to them: " we Have been witnesses of something wonderfully. God created these birds with so much love and devotion that the mother has given her life trying to protect her babies. If such a small heart was so full of love, what immeasurable one it's necessary to to be the love of your Creator. This one is the love that he extracted of the sky become a man. This is the love that made to him suffer a painful death for our salvation ".
